Virtual Resort Manager University (VRMU) is the portal to our knowledge base. Clients and their employees can access VRMU through the client console using their VRM user ID and password.
Within VRMU, participants will find new employee training materials, release notes documenting program updates, video tutorials, recorded webinars, and a plethora of "How to" materials.
In addition we maintain a searchable knowledge base for our help desk which provides step by step procedures for many actions in VRM.
